Shipping

All major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, are experiencing significant shipping delays. USPS has reported unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which is causing them shipping delays/errors, and tracking inaccuracies. Please continue to purchase as far in advance of needing product as possible. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering your orders on-time.

 

All POD orders are processed within two to three business days, production requires 3-5 business days, and your order will ship from our facility USPS ground within 8-10 business days from the date it was placed. 

 

All custom orders are processed within two to three business days, production requires 10-12 business days, and your order will ship from our facility USPS ground within 10-12 business days from the date your invoice has been paid.

 

If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Tracking information will be emailed directly to you or through the website order tracker as soon as it becomes available.
